- Member
must be an individual above 18 years of age.
a) If member happens to be an organization,
an individual representative
must be assign by the organization
with a black and white supporting
document.
b) If this individual representative resigned
from the organization, a
transfer of membership form
must be filled up by the organization
to acknowledge us, PUMM,
about the representative changes.
- Member
must confirm and declare that all the information
being provided to us, PUMM, is true and correct.
- Member
must never been in bankruptcy record.
- Member
must never been jailed more than one year by
any Malaysia court.
- Ordinary
Member must renew his / her membership annually
for us, PUMM, to continue servicing.
- Membership
Termination:-
a) Members who committed crimes, announced bankruptcy
or diagnosed
mentally disorder, membership
will be terminated automatically.
b) Members who wish to terminate his/her membership
need a written
notice two weeks beforehand
to PUMM Secretariat and to clear all
debts involves.
c) Members who brought association's matters
to court will be terminated
from the association immediately.
d) Members who break the association's rules
or attempt to spoil the
association's reputation
will be terminated from the association with
an
immediate written notice.
- Replacement
of lost card charges RM50
- Membership
expiration more than three months will automatically
being considered as lapse. PUMM have the rights
to terminate your privilege of receiving latest
information from PUMM.
- PUMM
reserves the rights to impose penalty charges
in order to reactivate expired membership.
